When will my next book arrive?
We partner with the United States Postal Service to ship our books. Books are mailed approximately one per week. Depending on your school’s timeline, your first book should arrive in the month of June. You can see what books have been mailed in the Kids Read Now app. Books may take 10-14 business days to arrive after they are mailed. Be sure to verify your mailing address online if the first book does not arrive in June. Then, contact Kids Read Now support online or via email at support@kidsreadnow.org.
How can I update my information?
Visit the Kids Read Now Portal to update your address or contact information all summer long! Click the “Report a Book” button on the Kids Read Now Website to get started. You can also contact Kids Read Now support online or via email at support@kidsreadnow.org.
How do I report a book?
Click on the book you would like to report under “My Books”. Then click the button that says, “Report Book”. Report all eight reading books by the last Friday in August for your child to earn a prize and certificate (comprehensive program only).

When will my child get their prize?
Prizes and certificates are distributed by your child’s school in the months of September and October (comprehensive program only). To earn a prize, your child must report reading eight books by the last Friday in August. Kids Read Now cannot mail prizes directly to home addresses.
Can I change my child’s book choices?
Books are typically selected by your child and their teacher in the spring. To help ensure all students receive their selected books, we are unable to change selections after the book selection deadline. To view a complete list of your child’s books, click on the “My Books” tab in the Kids Read Now app.
