Just A Mess
What happens when you don't put things away? Are you able to find them when you want them? Little Critter has a serious problem. And nobody wants to help!
After your child receives and reads this book, Discuss one or more of the following questions to help him/her make connections and build comprehension.
- Little Critter has a messy bedroom. Is your bedroom ever messy? Talk about it with a parent.
- Little Critter has a big job to do. Think of another story where someone has a big job to do. How are they like Little Critter? How are they different? Talk about it with a parent.
- Little Critter's mom wouldn't help. She said he had to clean his room by himself. Was this a good thing? Or a bad thing? Talk about it with a parent.
- Little Critter has a lot of toys. Does he play with ALL of them? Does he play with ANY of them? Pretend they are your toys. Would someone else like them? How could you find that person? Talk about it with a parent.
