• There are many cats in this book. How many cats is too many? Who owns them? Should there be rules for the cats? Talk about it with a parent.
• The lady is playing a cello. What instrument would you like to play? Talk about it with a parent.
• Everyone thinks of dogs and cats as enemies. Are they really? Could they like each other? Why do people think dogs hate cats? Talk about it with a parent.
• Pick one of the cats in this book. Write its story. Where does it live? What does it eat? Who lives with it? Draw and color the pictures. Share your story with a parent.
