As things grow they change. You will go through changes. But a butterfly will go through even more!

The caterpillar will become a butterfly. You will grow up. You will change too. How will you change? Talk about it with an adult.
The caterpillar changes. It becomes a beautiful butterfly. Think of another story. In that story who changes? How do they change? How are they like the caterpillar? How are they different? Talk about it with an adult.
Caterpillars are born in shells. Other animals are born in shells too. Have an adult help you. Make a list of those other animals.
Plant some special flowers to help feed the butterflies! Draw pictures of the butterflies as they come to feed on the nectar of the flowers!
