  • Bobby cannot hit the ball. The other team makes fun of him. What do you not do well? When did someone make fun of you? Talk about it with a parent.
  • Think of a different story. Who is just like Bobby? They want to do something. They cannot do it. List five ways they are like Bobby. Then list five ways they are different from Bobby.
  • Everyone is good at something and not good at something. When they cannot do something, why is it wrong to make fun of them? How does that make you feel? How does that make them feel?
  • Willie helped Bobby. Bobby learned to hit the baseball. Pretend Bobbie teaches Willie something. What does Bobby teach Willie? Write a story about it.
