Think of a story you know where someone was helpful. What kinds of things did they help others with? Were they the same or different than in this story?
When we help others, it can make us feel good on the inside. With your teacher or home adult, make a list together of ways you can be helpful. What things on the list are you excited to learn how to do?
Sometimes, we do not know how to be helpful, or a job we are asked to do can feel too hard. What do you do when you are unsure about how to be helpful? When you are helpful, how does it make you feel?
