What is a National Monument? With the help of an adult, research this. What are some of them. Where are they located?
Teddy knew pollution was not good for the environment. He lived before plastic had been invented. Because of plastics, our environment is even more polluted than it was then. What can you do about that? Have an adult help. Make a list of things you can do to clean up and protect the environment.
Write a letter to the president. Tell him you are concerned about our environment. Tell him you want him to protect our wild and natural places. Share your letter with an adult. Mail your letter.
