There are places in North America that do not have four seasons. Have a parent or other adult friend help you. Look at a map, and discover why the seasons are different in Florida than they are in Minnesota.
Which of the four seasons is your favorite? What outdoor activities do you enjoy during that season. Talk about it with an adult.
Why are wild baby animals born in the spring instead of during the summer, fall, or winter? Discuss this with an adult.
We all eat plants! Some foods can only be gathered, or harvested, during one time of the year. With an adult, find out when your favorite food is harvested. If you can get it all year long, find out where it is grown!
