Discovery Questions
Sacagawea was forced to give up her blue beaded belt. How would that have made her feel? When have you had to give up something you didn’t want to part with? How did that make you feel? Write about it. Share your writings with a parent.

There are more U.S. memorials and landmarks named for Sacagawea than any other American woman. With the help of a parent, research some of the other American women who have had landmarks named for them, and what these women accomplished.
